To begin your searches with Mini Connections, we charge a non-refundable engagement fee following your family registration. The final placement fee is due only when your new nanny has accepted your offer. Once paid, we will release the nanny’s personal details to you. The Family Care Membership activates within the first 30 days of employment for permanent placements (or the first 5 days for fixed-term roles), ensuring you are supported from the very beginning.
