About Michelle

I love being reminded how important it is to have fun! Don’t take yourself so seriously, and be grateful for the simple things!

After dedicating over 15 years to my recruitment career, I've lived abroad and worked for leading international brands. Implementing recruitment methodologies for senior board members and training operational teams to maintain long-lasting relationships have contributed to Mini's success. I was raised in Brisbane, and I knew at an early age that I wanted to build a community that made a positive impact.

Living mindfully, I understand the external pressures of work and family life, and I hear it every day the impact that has on my clients. I truly believe it does take a village to raise a child, and serving my local community by providing peace of mind in knowing they have been connected to a wonderful candidate is my why! When I’m not working, I’m focusing on my own self-care and hanging with my fur baby, Dr.Pepper.
