After dedicating over 15 years to my corporate recruitment career, I've lived abroad and worked for leading international brands. From cold calls to long-lasting client relationships, implementing recruitment methodologies for senior board members and training executives on how to successfully recruit have contributed to Mini's success. I was raised in Brisbane and knew at an early age that I wanted to build a community.
Living mindfully and from lived experience, I understand the external pressures of work and family life, and I hear every day the burden that holds on my clients. I do believe it does take a village to raise a child, and serving my local community by providing peace of mind in knowing they have been connected to a wonderful candidate is my why! When I’m not working, I’m focusing on my own self-care and hanging with my fur baby, Dr.Pepper at the beach.
