Valid Blue Card
National Criminal Check
Current Driver's License
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
Qualification in Children services OR Currently studying for a Qualification in Early Childhood OR Nanny Certificate
Proven child care experience
2. Matching the nanny to the perfect family: Seeing what jobs best suit your essentials, values and experience based on personality profiling.
3. Meeting the family and ongoing support: We will coordinate interviews and provide guidance throughout the interview process and provide feedback.
4. Letter of Offer: We will help negotiate an employment letter which will include things such as: salary, hours and leave entitlements.
5. Ongoing support: We check back with both you and the family once employment has begun to ensure that both parties are happy and are always available by email and phone if you need to chat with us.
6. Mini Community: Upon successful registration and placement we invite you to be part of our continually growing community at Mini where you will hear about latest events, relevant articles, receive our e-Letters.

Depending on your experience and families financial circumstances, you can earn anywhere from $30-$40/hr + super + entitlements. All the families we choose to work with are professional and ensure you are valued and treated as a professional.

We are all about prepping our Nannies ensuring you are well-equipped for your interview and make the entire process super simple! Yes, we also provide you with resume assistance. As a referral introduction agency, we are not your employers. You are the employee of the family. Mini can provide support to situations by coaching you on how to manage situations, although it is your responsibility to act and manage effectively.
