Meet Nanny Cristy: A Passion for Childcare

One of our newest Mini Nannies is Cristy, and we’d love to introduce you to her!

Cristy is such a kind and nurturing soul and recently felt the call to become a nanny. There’s no doubt in any of our minds that this was the right move, and she’s ready to encourage you to follow your dreams as well!

How did you get into nannying?

I enjoy working with children and was looking for a change in career — that’s when I came across Mini Nanny Agency!

How did you connect with Mini Nanny Agency and how has your experience been with us?

I applied for a nanny position I saw advertised online. I have loved my experience with Mini Nanny Agency, the high level of professionalism, the beautiful staff, the positivity and prompt communication is excellent.

What does a day in the nanny life look like for you?

My day is split into two shifts, before school and school drop off, and school pick up and after school until 6pm.

What are some of your favourite parts of being a nanny?

The little lives I get the privilege of being a part of, hearing about the children’s day and doing activities and games with the children.

Do you have any nanny hacks that make the day run more smoothly?

Be organised, and show a calm, happy energy towards what the day brings.

What’s something a parent has done to make you feel really appreciated?

Communicated clearly and openly with me.

What’s your favourite activity to do with kids?

Playing games; seeing them having fun is the best!

What advice would you give someone who is looking to become a nanny?

Do it! Give it a try and you will enjoy it.

What do you love doing in your spare time?

Catching up with family and friends and making candles!

Do you have a life motto or mantra that you live by?

Rain before rainbows.

Be kind, treat people how you want to be treated.

If you’re ready to become a Mini Nanny or perhaps you’re a parent who needs help, reach out to us today! We are very much looking forward to helping you.
